Burt also covered the reasons behind the ongoing shipping and supply-chain challenges and its effect on Halloween supplies, toy & computer out-of-stocks as we head into the holiday season, the implications of the federal supplemental unemployment benefit phase-out and why child tax credits may not be as beneficial to retailers as anticipated.
